Creating Canned Responses with Dynamic Parameters

Glassix provide you the ability to create embedded dynamic parameters inside the body of your Canned Responses. Dynamic parameters are placeholders that are dynamically filled based on the context in the ticket. 

To use a dynamic parameter, simply type double curly brackets with variable name within i.e. {{Parameter_Name}} when composing a new canned response. You can choose any parameter name you desire.

When an agent chooses to send a canned response with dynamic parameters, the following window will appear:

As Shown, the agent will then fill the fields with suitable text and the parnames will be replaced with that text.
